I retain the copyright to all commissioned artwork. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the artwork for personal purposes, but commercial use and reproduction for profit is not allowed without (my) permission.

The use of my work for AI training is strictly prohibited.

Don't resell bought designs with price higher than design's base worth w/o new artwork

But feel free to lower the price

I work with moodboards and text descs. The more detailed you make the description of the design you want to get, the faster it will be done. Also you can list what you definitely DO NOT WANT to get from the design (overall, or undesirable details, colors, etc.).

I make several design sketches for you to choose from. You can approve several sketches for me to finish, but keep in mind that I leave the right to finish the sketches you didn't approve as adoptables later.
